The first time I talked to someone from the office, it was over Skype. She said “Hi! I'm your neighbor by the way, the office is too quiet to talk too loud”.

The past 2 months have been a roller coaster ride. From lazing at home all day to a 9-6 desk job, the change in dynamics was a whirlwind because I came into this internship fresh out of SPM. Immersing myself into the work culture here at XiMnet was fairly easy as everyone was friendly and willing to help. The office might be quiet but everyone is ready to assist you if you face any challenges.

During my internship here, I was privileged enough to have the chance to organize an office-wide special project called Agent X whereby we were given names and had to secretly surprise them with small acts of kindness. The project was a success thanks to everyone’s cooperation and willing attitude. I also helped out around the office during birthday celebrations, such as out Chief Alchemist’s birthday dinner.
